Returns

- Unused Products Only: For health and safety reasons, we can only accept returns on products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Used Products: Because our items are personal care products, we’re unable to accept returns of anything that has been opened or used.
- Return Window: You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Simply contact us at [your email address] and we’ll guide you through the process.
- Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable method of shipping to ensure your package makes it back to us safely.
- Refunds: Once your return arrives and we’ve inspected the items, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (minus original shipping costs). Refunds usually take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
